Fenrix Games ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal data we may collect. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website fenrixgames.com or interact with our games and services.

Information you provide: When you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us via email, or participate in playtests, we may collect your email address and any information you voluntarily share.

Automatically collected data: We may collect basic analytics data such as browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected in aggregate form and does not personally identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Sharing

7. Our Games (Mobile Apps)

We collect no personal data ourselves. Our games do not request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, photos, or contacts, and we operate no servers that receive player data. Game progress (unlocked content, settings, scores) is stored locally on the device only. We use no analytics, tracking, or social media SDKs. The Google Mobile Ads SDK does collect a limited set of data in order to serve ads — see below.

Advertising: Some of our games show ads through Google AdMob.

• Child-directed games (such as Animal World: Pet Care Games) are configured with tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true and maxAdContentRating = G: only general-audience, purely contextual ads are served, and interest-based or personalized ads are never shown. These games do not declare, request, or transmit the advertising identifier (AAID) — the AD_ID permission is not present in the app, so no advertising ID is available to the app or shared with advertisers.
• Games for a general audience may serve ads for which AdMob uses device identifiers such as the advertising ID; that data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy, and you can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in your device settings.

Data the ads SDK collects in every game, including child-directed ones: even where the advertising ID is unavailable, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects the app set ID, IP address, in-app interactions and technical diagnostic information in order to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. This data is collected and processed directly by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; it never reaches our servers, is not used to build a profile of a child, and is not used to identify any child.

Where a game offers it, parents can remove ads entirely through an in-app purchase.

In-app purchases: Some of our games contain in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, are placed behind a parental gate in child-directed games, and can be restricted with Google Family Link. Payment details are never seen or stored by us — they are handled entirely by Google.

Third-party services used in our games: Google AdMob (ad delivery) and Google Play Billing (purchases). No others.

8. Children's Privacy

Some of our games — including Animal World: Pet Care Games (Hayvan Dünyası) — are designed for young children, and we treat children's privacy and safety as a top priority. Our practices are aligned with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), the GDPR provisions on children (GDPR-K), Google Play's Families policy, and Turkey's KVKK.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children of any age.
• Children are never asked to register, sign in, or provide any personal information.
• Child-directed games contain no social features, chat, user-generated content, or external links outside a parental gate.
• Ads in child-directed games are non-personalized, G-rated, and served under child-directed treatment.

Our website (fenrixgames.com) is intended for a general audience, and features such as the newsletter and contact form are meant for adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Parental Rights (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Parents and legal guardians may at any time:

• Request deletion of any data associated with their child — since game data is stored only on the device, uninstalling the app removes it completely;
• Ask us what data, if any, is held about their child, and object to its further collection or use;
• Control or block in-app purchases through Google Family Link and Google Play settings;
• Remove ads via in-app purchase in games where that option is offered.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
